Twenty years of integration work, in one product.
PatchBuddy didn't appear from nowhere. It was built inside Cirql Works, a Patchworks certified partner, by a team that's spent the last two decades on integration work, including five of those years inside Patchworks itself.
From inside Patchworks, to alongside it.
I spent five years as Principal Engineer at Patchworks before founding Cirql Works, the agency where PatchBuddy. was built. That five years gave me a view of the platform almost no-one else has: every connector edge case, every shape interaction, every pattern that holds up in production and every one that doesn't.
When I left to start Cirql Works, the goal was simple: a senior, certified Patchworks partner that didn't compromise on quality. The kind of agency where the person on the discovery call is also the person writing the flow. We win clients on the depth of the technical answers, the care taken on every integration, and the fact that we ship what we said we'd ship.
The problem with that model: there are only so many hours in a week. Time spent deep on a client call is time not spent on the next project's build. So either the calls suffer, or the build suffers, and neither is acceptable.
PatchBuddy. is what I built to fix that. It absorbs the pattern-heavy build work (the same shape topology, the same connector wiring, the same dedup-and-error-handling) and gives me back the senior time that should be going into the calls, the architecture, the genuinely hard problems. High-touch on the conversations. Scaled on the delivery.
Caring expertise at scale.
Most agency tools force a trade-off: depth or throughput, quality or volume. PatchBuddy was built so that's no longer the choice. The senior time goes where senior time matters; the repetitive work goes to the agent.
Get the senior in the room.
The calls that decide whether a project goes well happen in the first hour with the right person on the line. PatchBuddy clears the calendar so that hour can actually happen.
Ship on time.
Pattern-heavy build work is exactly what an agent does well. PatchBuddy assembles the flow inside your Patchworks account, you verify, you ship. Without giving up an evening to it.
Same standard, every time.
The patterns the agent follows are the same ones we use ourselves on Cirql Works engagements. The flows it builds look like the flows a senior developer would build, because they were trained on exactly that.
Cirql Works.
Patchworks certified partner.
Cirql Works is a small, senior team specialising in Patchworks integrations. Every flow we ship is built by someone who's been doing this for over a decade. PatchBuddy is the product version of how we already work. We just made it usable by anyone.
- Patchworks certified partnerVetted directly by the platform we work on.
- Five years inside Patchworks engineeringAt principal level. Patterns, edge cases, gotchas, all first-hand.
- Two decades of integration workPatchworks is the latest stack, not the only one we've shipped on.
Talk to Cirql Works directly.
For projects where you'd rather a senior partner build the integration for you (or take over a stalled one), Cirql Works does that as a hands-on agency engagement. Same depth, same standard.
cirql.worksThe principles, in plain terms.
Built by people who use Patchworks daily.
Every feature is informed by an actual integration we've shipped. If a pattern keeps coming up in real client work, it ends up in PatchBuddy: vetted, not theorised.
Quality before throughput.
We'd rather ship one thing properly than five things half-finished. The agent's guardrails reflect that. It'll refuse to build broken flows, and it'll surface the why.
No vendor lock-in.
